Inge Baeumler-Monin is the K-8 Dean of Students and the K-8 Canisius College Professional Development School (PDS) Site Coordinator for Tapestry Charter School.

Inge holds a degree from Buffalo State College in the arts with concentrations in sculpture and set design. Prior to coming to Tapestry, she was an artist/educator at Studio Arena Theater of Buffalo, NY. Inge has been a staff member at Tapestry Charter School since 2001. She was certified as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trainer in 2009 by Cornell University's College of Human Ecology, has received training in Community Conferencing and Peace Circles from Partners in Restorative Initiatives, and presented master classes on Crew at two National Expeditionary Learning Conferences. Inge shares her home with seven parrots, two dogs, three fish, two daughters Chloe and Lydia (a Tapestry Charter High School senior), and her husband Scott.
