Terra Bialy is in her sixth year at Tapestry Charter School. She teaches Actor’s Workshop and The Art of Performance in Tapestry’s Theater Arts Department.  She is a crew leader in the 12th grade and the High School Arts Coordinator. Terra is also a proud co-facilitator of the Tapestry Gay Straight Alliance.  Prior to her work at Tapestry, Terra taught English and Humanities for five years in Brooklyn, NY.  Terra is a graduate of Binghamton University where she earned a B.A. in Cinema, and earned her Masters of Secondary Education in English at The New School University. Terra has recently completed her doctoral coursework in the Social Foundations of Education program at the University of Buffalo. Outside of school Terra enjoys yoga, preparing Mexican food, and spending time with her daughter Stella.
